FlatoMeter is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Microphone Access
FlatoMeter uses your device's microphone to detect digestive sound events during active monitoring sessions. Audio is processed locally on your device in real time. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
Session Data
FlatoMeter stores session logs locally on your device. Each log entry contains the date, time, and number of detected events from that session. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Advertising
FlatoMeter displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, health records, or any personally identifiable information. We do not sell data to third parties.
Data Storage and Deletion
All session history is stored locally on your device. Deleting the FlatoMeter app will remove all locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
FlatoMeter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
